If you have entered your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information please contact willralfsart@gmail.com as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address can NOT be modified once the order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Your artwork will typically be dispatched between 4-6 weeks after the point of purchase unless specified otherwise. If you would like express delivery or would like your order sent after a specific date please reach out to willralfsart@gmail.com for more details on how we can tailor the delivery process to your needs.

A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery.

RETURNS

All items are NON REFUNDABLE once the order has been shipped. For support email willralfsart@gmail.com. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please email willralfsart@gmail.com.

WE AIM TO RESPOND TO ALL ENQUIRIES WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS.

To shop with WILL RALFS ART, you need to:

-Be at least 16 years old;

-have a debit or credit card that we accept; and

-be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Some of the goods sold through our website may not be suitable for under 18’s.

ORDER PLACEMENT

All orders are subject to availability. If there’s an issue with your order, we will get in touch with you.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on willralfsart.com. The images and products offered for sale on willralfsart.com may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.

When an enquiry is made about a product, we will reserve the specified product for you for 48 hours. If we can’t get in touch with you during this time, we will treat the order as cancelled unless specified otherwise.

Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication - by Will Ralfs Art - of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, WILL RALFS ART will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price.

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which the order is placed.

WILL RALFS ART owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or its content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

It’s fine for you to link to willralfsart.com, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial and, is fair and legal.

Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by WILL RALFS ART where none exists.

PAYMENTS

Will Ralfs Art Artworks can be paid in full or with the instalment payment plans. Please see below for further details on how payments are taken.

FULL PAYMENT: Your payment is made and will confirm your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched.

INSTALMENTS: Instalments offer a more affordable way to purchase artwork. We use Partial.ly to offer payments through instalments. You don’t need to have completed all payments in order to receive your artwork/print, your order will be shipped as soon as your first payment has been made.

WHAT IS PARTIAL.LY?

Once you have created an account and your payment plan is set up, you have the option to pay each instalment by credit card, debit card, or bank account until you have paid your balance in full. Partial.ly does not require any credit checks and is interest free.
